Our client wanted a Work Order form that was interactive; that had bar codes, plus was able to be produced into a PDF document. They also wanted the document to be automatically stored in sub directories on their server. Each saved version is timestamped for historical purposes. This form accomplishes all of that and more. Each Gray Button activates Input boxes that appear for easy editing. Click on the page and the screen shots will show various examples of these Inputs. |
